THE FORGE
I built THE FORGE to bridge the gap between students and the corporate world and industry by connecting young people to the knowledge, skills, networks, mentorship and opportunities they need to transition from education into the real economy.
THE FORGE is deeply personal to me because it brings together one of the best ways I know to help people: empowerment, connectivity and information.
Of everything I am building, THE FORGE is the work I am most passionate about. It sits exactly where I have felt the gap myself: between what a young person is learning and what the real economy actually requires and rewards.
A degree does not automatically become a career. Ambition does not automatically become enterprise. Somewhere between the lecture room and industry, most young people are left to guess. THE FORGE exists to remove the guessing.
